JEM property Reservation Terms and Policies

Reservations:
Reservations
may be made by phone or email. To confirm your reservation, we require
a reservation deposit of 50% of the total balance due or the first
night's lodging if you are visiting for two days or less.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in
is at 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. If other arrangements need to
be made, please contact a JEM property.
Payment:
-
A
reservation deposit of 50% of total balance due is required
within 10 days of booking and is payable by personal check,
traveler's check, or money order.

A
reservation confirmation sheet will be mailed upon receipt of
this deposit. If your reservation deposit is not received within
10 days, your reservation will be canceled.

The
final balance, including sales tax and a security/damage deposit,
is due 30 days prior to your arrival for the Value season and
60 days prior to your arrival for the Holiday, Regular and Spring
seasons.
Security/Damage
Deposit Information:
A
$200 security/damage deposit* will be collected with the final balance
due 30/60 days prior to your arrival. It will be returned 10-15
days after check-out as long as the following criteria has been
met:

Proper care is provided for the condo and its furnishings

Compliance with the non-smoking policy

Compliance with the no pet policy
-
Observance with check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM) times
-
Compliance
with the occupancy restrictions
*A credit card may take the place of the $200 security/damage
deposit. This will serve to secure against damage to the unit
or other violations of the posted policies. The
following information will be collected: cardholder's account
number, card expiration date, name on card, mailing address,
and telephone number.
Cancellations:
-
A
- cancellation made more than 30/60 days prior to arrival will
be subject to a forfeiture of $200 of the reservation deposit.

All
monies
except the security/damage deposit will be forfeited for a cancellation
made less than 29/59 days before arrival.
Note:
If a reservation must be canceled less than 29/59 days before
arrival, it is to your advantage to notify a JEM property as
soon as possible in order to allow us the opportunity to re-rent
the unit. For each day that the unit can be re-rented, you will
only be charged a $25 per day processing fee.
Minimum
Stay:
a
JEM property requires a two night minimum stay during the Holiday,
Regular, and Spring seasons.
Miscellaneous:

The condo will be professionally cleaned and set-up prior to
your check-in. This includes fresh linens, soaps, and paper
products.

Daily
maid service is not included, however mid-stay maid service
can be provided for an additional fee.

Information:

offering shuttle service from Denver International Airport to the
front door of a JEM property's Copper Mountain condo include:

Copper Mountain also provides a free shuttle service to travel
anywhere in Copper Mountain Resort or to any part of Summit
County. Vail, Breckenridge, and Keystone are only 20 minutes
away!
